We are delighted to offer our benchmark ‘Essentials of Leadership & Management’ ILM level 3 accredited programme, designed to help develop and inspire the next generation of managers.
The Essentials of Leadership and Management programme is aimed at those who are new into management as well as those who have the experience in their management role but have never undertaken any formal development.
It is designed to share skills and knowledge, which if adopted, will make life in the management role an enjoyable and productive experience. The learning is extremely practical, relevant and real, and can be applied back in the team and workplace immediately. This programme can be used to achieve the ILM Level 3 Awards in Leadership and Management.
This programme is held over five and a half nonconsecutive days. The delegates will finish the programme with real life problem solving and key learning presentations with their managers/programme sponsors present.
