I am an active retiree continuing to contribute to my own local community and the wider community. I am chair of trustees for a community group, volunteer with a horticultural therapy charity, as well as being chair of governors for Turning Factor. My career was in primary education in Hertfordshire, mainly as a headteacher, executive headteacher and as an accredited school improvement partner providing challenge and support for school leaders to secure the best outcomes for children. My master’s degree is in education leadership. I bring a wealth of prior experience in safeguarding, governance, inclusion, teaching, curriculum, achievement and Ofsted.
