Our Impact

Commercial Impact Through Training

The first pillar of our Impact strategy is ensuring that all training we deliver produces meaningful and practical skills for delegates and also measurable commercial benefits for organisations

Our delegates benefit not only through learning and development, but through clear evidence that they have made a tangible difference within their company or organisation.

We focus on outcomes such as:

  • Increased operational efficiency
  • Improved compliance and safety
  • Cost savings
  • Enhanced productivity and performance

Our training is designed to create sustainable improvement – not just attendance certificates.

Social Impact & Reinvestment

We strongly believe that businesses must contribute positively to society.

We commit a minimum of 10% of annual profits to reinvest back into society to support those who need it most.

This includes:

  • Supporting the Department for Work and Pensions through free training initiatives
  • Working with local charities
  • Supporting individuals facing barriers to employment
  • Assisting those who need structured routes back into sustainable work

We see social responsibility not as an obligation – but as a duty.

Military Covenant & Government Commitment

As a military-supporting organisation aligned with government initiatives, we are committed to supporting those who have served and those transitioning into civilian life.

Our work includes:

  • Supporting military personnel into employment through collaboration with the Department for Work and Pensions
  • Working with charities that assist armed forces personnel prior to discharge
  • Providing structured connections to our national employer network

Our aim is to give service personnel a clear bridge from military life into civilian careers – reducing the risk of unemployment or social hardship.

Supporting Ex-Offenders & Prison Engagement

We are also committed to working with ex-offenders and engaging within prison environments to support rehabilitation and reintegration.

This includes:

  • Delivering employability-focused support
  • Connecting individuals with real job opportunities
  • Providing structured pathways into work
  • Reducing the likelihood of reoffending through stable employment

We believe that employment is one of the most powerful tools for long-term rehabilitation and positive societal contribution.

Creating 1,000 Sustainable Jobs

A key strategic goal of our Impact programme is to help create 1,000 sustainable jobs within our region.

We are achieving this by:

  • Connecting unemployed individuals with employers across the UK
  • Leveraging our client relationships
  • Supporting candidates with skills, preparation and structured introductions

This initiative is already delivering results and remains a core mission objective.

Addressing Social Mobility

Through partnerships with businesses – particularly in sectors such as transport – we are addressing the challenge of social mobility by:

  • Helping employers access wider talent pools
  • Supporting individuals who may not traditionally have access to employment opportunities
  • Creating clear, supported routes into long-term careers

By strengthening the bridge between talent and opportunity, we help prevent individuals from “going down the wrong road” and instead support them into sustainable, productive futures.

Our Commitment

Impact for us means:

  • Commercial results
  • Social responsibility
  • Reintegration and rehabilitation
  • Military transition support
  • Sustainable employment
  • Measurable difference

We are committed to creating lasting value – for businesses, for individuals and for society.
